| Business
Warehouse is the core information hub of all modules in the
broadly accepted SAP. The presentation starts with an introduction
of SAP concepts and a brief overview of SAP's "MySAP"
Business Intelligence solution by Michael Eidmann and Luis Orama
of SAP. This introduction will be followed by panelists Denise
DuPont of CSC and Rudy Julian of Mass Mutual who will describe the
technical architecture implementation at their respective
companies. The presentation will conclude with experience findings
by the panelists, and Q&A from the audience.

Denise DuPont is a Business Warehouse team
manager for CSC on the Pratt & Whitney account. Denise has been with CSC
for three years after being outsourced from Pratt Whitney after thirteen
years. Denise has worked with the Business Warehouse product since 1998.
Denise has implemented SAP Business Warehouse solutions at P&W,
P&W/Canada and UTC. Denise is SAP BW certified.
Rudy Julian has been working in IT at
MassMutual Financial Group for the past 21 years. The past 10 years
have been spent working on Data Warehousing in one form or another,
concentrating on SAP's Business Warehouse for the past three years.
Rudy is actively involved with ASUG's Business Warehouse sub-committee
and has presented to that group in the past. He most recently led
MassMutual's efforts as a First Customer Ship customer with SAP and led
the upgrade to BW version 3.0B this past weekend.
Luis Orama is an SAP Business Warehouse
Platinum Consultant. He has been with SAP for four and half years and
has worked with the Business Warehouse product since 1998. He has
implemented the SAP Business Warehouse solution at several customers
including areospace and defense, high tech, manufacturing, sporting
goods manufacturer and financial institutions. He is an SAP certified
instructor for the SAP Training Academy where he has taught the Business
Warehouse partner academy courses. He has also performed several
Quality Reviews at different customers on their Business Warehouse
implementations for best practices.
Michael Eidmann is a Technical Consulting
Manager for SAP America. He has been with SAP for over 4 years and
worked as a Technical Consultant implementing SAP ERP and Business
Warehouse solutions at several customers. Prior to joining SAP America,
he worked many years for various SAP Implementation partners in Germany
and the US. Currently he manages a team of technical consultants out of
the SAP Boston office and supports customers throughout New England in
all SAP Technology related issues.

This COOUG Meeting will be held in the Atrium Conference Room at the Hartford Insurance Tower, located at Cogswell Street and Asylum Avenue in Hartford. The Hartford complex has
a guard entrance on Asylum Ave, where you can get further directions. You should stop and
ask the guard for the ramp garage. The tower building entrance is opposite the garage.
Do not park in "visitors" because it is locked at night.
