While the use of the Rules approach has witnessed a substantial increase over the past few years, many organizations have been challenged by a lack of formal process adapted to manage requirements for BRE projects. In this presentation, Neeraj will utilize “QUICK-VAR”, a process that has been designed and evolved specifically for the Rules approach, to address:

à     Business Modeling & Rules Formulation

à     Techniques for rules accumulation: rule mining, interviews, workshops

·         Aspects of Rules methodology that clients have adopted.

ABOUT THE SPEAKER:

Neeraj Nargund is ValueMomentum’s Delivery Head for the Business Rules Practice, having extensive experience in architecting applications and enterprise infrastructure with the “Rules Approach”. With several production installations and oversight of major rules projects, he has rich experience on leading rules platforms. Neeraj has added valued additions to the ‘QUICK –VAR’ Rules Methodology, which advocates “best practices” for the success of rules implementations. ValueMomentum uses this methodology extensively in its engagements. He has 8 years of experience in information technology architecting and developing software systems, focusing on the Rules solutions since the past four years.
